Refund/Return Policy: I want to make sure all guest are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. Until further notice, all services are by appointment only and require a deposit to secure your appointment time. Canceled appointments require a minimum of 48-hour notice to reschedule your appointment and deposit. IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT OR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The buyer commits to full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact UPS to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
